The Clear Creek School District which services this area is one of the best in the State of Texas. Our neighborhoods are among the safest in the Houston area. Traffic is not nearly as bad as in other parts of the Houston area. Clear Lake, a man made lake itself, is home to one of the largest boating communities in the entire country with access to Galveston Bay and the Gulf. Yes, there are a lot of great reasons to call Clear Lake, "home".
